Our Story....the beginning

 

Over three decades ago, our family began a new chapter in Georgia — a place where life moved a little slower, neighbors still stopped to chat, and time spent with family and friends mattered most. Those early years were filled with simple joys: raising our three daughters, lots of volunteering, milling our own bread, gathering around the table and discovering the wonderful traditions and flavors of the South-especially the beloved Georgia pecan.

Every Christmas, our kitchen became the heart of the holiday season. Together, my husband Kim and I, along with the girls, would make nearly 100 pounds of pecans to share with family and friends across the country.  Year after year, they eagerly awaited those special packages, knowing they were filled with love, tradition and a taste of home. Looking back now, those moments were the beginning of Pecan Anna- we just didn't realize it yet.

As the years passed, our daughters grew up and married wonderful husbands, and our family circle grew even larger. What began as a cherished family tradition slowly became something we wanted to share beyond our own table. 

Today, Pecan Anna is more than just a business to us. It is a celebration of family, holiday memories and the simple pleasure of slowing down long enough to savor life's sweetest moments together.  Every batch is made with the same care that started in our family kitchen all those years ago. We hope our pecans bring warmth to your home, joy to your gatherings and a little extra sweetness to your holidays.
